Take your records with you.
Export a bike’s service history, or every bike’s, as an Excel workbook, with your uploaded receipts in a ZIP alongside it. Hand it to a buyer or your mechanic. For safekeeping, Settings can also export your garage and service records, with receipts, to a backup file and restore it later. Ride recordings are not included.

Is motorcycle maintenance tracking free?
Garage and maintenance for one motorcycle are free, along with ride recording, history and season stats. Pro adds unlimited motorcycles, navigation and route planning. See Pricing for details.
Can I keep receipts with service records?
Yes. ApexTracker includes receipt scanning to help capture service details. Review scanned information for accuracy before saving.
Can I export my maintenance history?
Yes, on the free tier too. Maintenance exports an Excel workbook of your service records, receipts and bikes, plus a ZIP of the receipt files you uploaded.
Does the app check for recalls?
No. NHTSA VIN decoding identifies vehicle details only. Consult the manufacturer or an official recall service for recall information.
