Getting Started
What devices is ApexTracker App compatible with?
ApexTracker App is built for iOS 26 and is compatible with iOS 18.0 or later. It is designed exclusively for iPhone and optimized for the latest iOS features.
Is ApexTracker App free?
ApexTracker App is currently free during the beta period. We may introduce paid tiers in the future with additional premium features, but core functionality will remain accessible.
How do I join the beta program?
You can join our TestFlight beta program by visiting https://testflight.apple.com/join/SGFmBnP5. Beta testers get early access to new features and help shape the future of the app.
Privacy & Data
Where is my ride data stored?
All your ride data, including GPS tracks, performance metrics, and maintenance records, is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not sync your data to the cloud by default.
Do you track my location?
Location data is only collected when you are actively using navigation or tracking a ride. This data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Your ride data is already on your device. We are working on export features to allow you to download your data in standard formats (GPX, CSV) for use with other apps.
Features
How accurate is the lean angle tracking?
ApexTracker App uses 100Hz IMU sampling from your iPhone's gyroscope and accelerometer to provide professional-grade lean angle measurements. Accuracy depends on proper phone mounting.
Does navigation work offline?
Currently, navigation requires an internet connection for map data and routing. Offline maps are planned for Q2 2025 (see our roadmap).
How does the VIN decoder work?
Our VIN decoder uses the NHTSA public database to automatically retrieve your motorcycle's make, model, year, and specifications when you scan or enter your VIN.
What is engine braking detection?
This industry-first feature uses IMU data to detect when you downshift to slow down without using the brakes. It provides more accurate riding analysis and coaching.
Troubleshooting
The app is not tracking my lean angle correctly
Ensure your phone is securely mounted in a vertical position on your handlebars. Calibrate the sensors by going to Settings > Calibrate Sensors before your ride.
Navigation isn't working
Check that you have granted location permissions (Settings > ApexTracker > Location > Always) and that you have an active internet connection.
My rides are not saving
Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device and that ApexTracker has permission to save data. Try restarting the app if the issue persists.
OCR is not reading my receipts
Make sure the receipt is well-lit, flat, and in focus. Our OCR works best with clear, high-contrast images. You can also manually enter information if OCR fails.
Account & Billing
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at hello@onemoretab.software with your account email and request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
Will there be a subscription fee?
We may introduce optional paid tiers in the future with premium features like CarPlay support, live tracking, and offline maps. Core features will remain free.
Do you offer refunds?
While the app is currently free, any future paid features will include a refund policy in accordance with App Store guidelines.
