Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. Garage and maintenance tracking for one motorcycle is free, with no trial countdown and no credit card required. Real riders need to keep up with their service history, and we're not going to gate that.
How long is the Pro free trial?
3 days — long enough to know whether you want premium navigation, short enough that we can keep Pro affordable. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings during the trial with no charges.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly Pro?
Yearly is $59.99 (a 28% savings versus paying monthly). Same features either way—just better value with annual billing.
How many offline map regions can I download with Pro?
Pro lets you download entire regions (states, national parks, road-trip corridors) or a corridor around any saved route. There's a Wi-Fi-only download option, a cellular-confirmation prompt before any download larger than your remaining month's data, and disk-quota protection so your offline maps never get silently deleted.
Is crash detection included with Pro?
Yes. IMU-based crash detection with Emergency SOS via server-side SMS is included with Pro. It activates only above 15 mph to prevent false alarms, and gives you a 60-second countdown to cancel a false positive before SMS goes to your emergency contacts.
Does ApexTracker collect my ride data?
No. Ride data and maintenance records live on your iPhone. iCloud backup is fully optional and uses your iCloud—not ours. There is no central ApexTracker server holding your trip history. Heart rate, location, and ride metrics never leave your device unless you explicitly export them.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store using in-app purchases. You can use any payment method linked to your Apple ID, including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
When does Android launch?
ApexTracker for Android is in active development with a planned launch in mid-to-late summer 2026.
